Procedure for connecting rod : Checking
We carry out following inspection on used connecting rod before dispatch :
Pre dispatch Inspection of connecting Rod
- Big End Bore measurement
- Magnetic Particle Inspection on serration
- Straightness check
- Bend and Twist Check
- Replacement of Connecting Rod screw
- Small End bush replacement if required
